Regretfully, late arrival for your appointment will constitute a reduced treatment time.

A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
 
A £10 non refundable deposit must be paid to secure evening and weekend appointments.
